i have a creavtice audigy 2 sound card they have beta 2 drivers but the games port for them does not work neight do the old driver work.
its ok for me as i dont use it, it does leave an unknown device in the device manager though.
i do have one other unknown device but have not worked what it is yet. The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver. Device type : Other devices Manufacture : Unknown Location : on PCI bus

yeah i tryed them as well and they don't work either, it's not important as i don't use it but it was info for other people

Try XP 64professional. Works for me, just no gameport support.
